You spread fire in my mind
You are like a cascading wave of feeling
I wait breathless for your spirit to move
Your being washes over my body
And I live as never before
My body visibly trembles
I become child-like, a silly girl
Yet I am a woman
We met aeons ago, you and I
And were lost to each other
In some other space, time or place
We meet once more and are fused.
Together we do not need to see,
To perceive, to be.
We are one spirit entwined.
You touch! I touch!
Feel me as you come upon me!
The part of me that is ecstasy,
Molten, awake , alive.
Hard, smooth, infinite.
We embrace like lovers
Desperately trying to join their ecstasies
Into a single transcendence.
But we are not like them!
We are not doomed to enjoy in solitude
Sensations and feelings
With insight we go into the arena of thought!
Nothing is hidden.
We belong to the mutually exclusive realms of experience.
Trembling perpetually on the verge of the
Ultimate sensation,
Quivering under the pressure, the miracle.
Moment by moment of naked existence
Nothing more nothing less…
Than by some unspoken self-evident paradox.
I lie with my eyes shut
Looking at the visions and landscapes
That you paint for me
Fabulously lovely, wonderfully beautiful.
My pure being,
A bundle of perpetual, pulsating ,unique particles
Meshed by the ebb and repeated flow
From beauty to hightened beauty.
My vision sat chit ananda,
Being-Awareness-Bliss.
For the first time I understand.
Place and distance cease.
The mind does its perceiving
In turns of intensity of existence,
Not concerned of time and space.
Space is still there but it has lost its predominance.
We are all being!
All meaning………..All love!!!!!!

Over and Done
Into the fires flaming flashes
I’ve hurled all hopes of your world
There where mad foolish thoughts in those letters
It felt good as they crisped and curled
All that is left are dead ashes
Promises far better retracted returned
It is done in the fires glowing embers
Where all hopes and dreams where cast
I burned up the heart too that remembers
And the treasures of our beautiful past
Do you think in this last reckless action?
To ruthlessly burn and destroy
The moments of craved passion
The dreams that where drunken with joy
Can you really burn up the rapture of kisses?
That flashed from my heart to my soul
Or my heart that grow sick for lost bliss’s
In spite of my strength My control
Can I really destroy the touch of your fingers?
That thrilled through each pulse and vein
Or the sound of your voice that still lingers
And hurts with it haunting refrain
It is done the drama has ended
Almost as quick as it began
You put the light out, Darkness descended
And with a strange restless pain in our being
That is all that is left of the kindling
And a restless pain in our being
In the darkness all anguish and weeping

Beautiful and Patient
Your name an irresistible, fascination
Your simplicity
Exquisitely, incomprehensible to me
It stirs the deep fibers of my being
Memories of you are my diary… NO WEIGHT!!!!
Pretty child remember
Do not be in any great Hast
Bend when the wind blows round you
Shelter when the storm gives chase
Follow always the rainbows that follow
And do this all with grace
You a mere girl on the threshold
Me a crone on the edge
Both must make light of this world’s laughter
A laugh more tragic than tears
What you don’t know I have witnessed
Take courage my beautiful child
Stand up where I have remained seated
Remember to hold on to love and its treasures
It transcends and consoles us all
Takes memories and unfolds them makes us whole and together once more

JAMES
You have grow since last I saw you
Blinded by tears, removed from my vision
Like the blind searching for form
My image like there’s is stinted
Stuck in the darkness forlorn
Time moves on my treasure each moment becomes a race
A young man now fills my boys place
Although desperate to see you
Clouds gather storms gives me chase
There’s one thing that blindness can’t alter
Feelings and thoughts love remains
A tiny space within you
Will always bear my name
Your part of my pool called belonging
Go on with your life stand tall
Of you my darling grandson I am proudest of them all

HANDLE WITH CARE
Hand in hand along life’s road.
That’s the way we are told
I hold out my hand and he his
But alas they never meet
Long enough to be complete
So walk the path alone they say
Give love a chance another day
What chance have we in this world of self care
To blend and blossom take time and share
All is not lost I hear them say
Every dog has its day
Is that it the only power?
The animal within has the hour
I do not wish to be so unleashed
I would rather have the inner peace
So I hold out my hand and spirits there
Willing to work willing to share
Making me tremble at there power
Using my mind making it flower
Helping others to see the other part that’s me
I hold my breath, there here you know
Allowing me to let you see the promise that’s eternity

FLIGHT
When you see a bird in flight
You see something very special
The purity and silence of nature
The dazzling blue of the sky
And the rough earth beneath
Mysterious forests in its plum
The rhythm of light in its path
Perhaps if you look you can see even deeper
Into the collective memory of man kind
To where the human soul is bird like and moves freely on its dream path
Where our world is created
And the auguries of fate are read in the beating of a wing
If you are careful you may well see yourself
